The chocolates are delicately painted with edible colours and we use natural colours wherever possible. The thin crisp chocolate shell is encased with a soft ganache filling. For the flavouring of the ganaches, we use high quality ingredients comprising of exotic spices, fresh garden herbs, nuts and fruit purees.
The chocolates are made by hand in our 5* rated kitchen in small batches to keep the chocolates as fresh as possible.
These are then delicately packed in a beautiful recyclable box with our vibrant logo and a cushion pad to protect the chocolates during transit. Each box is accompanied with a chocolate menu chart.

Colours - cocoa butter, concentrate (sweet potato, radish, blackcurrant, apple, cherry, spirulina, safflower, lemon) E171, E172, E555.
